We understand if plans have changed and you wish to cancel your order.
We would accommodate your cancellation request to the best of our capability.
Cancellation requests have to be made at least 2 working days before the intended self-collection/delivery date. Please email flowers@bloomroom.sg or call +65 8771 9690 to inform us of your wish to cancel.
Any refund of payment will then be processed within 5 working days after a successful cancellation.
Late cancellation, where you inform us less than 2 days before your intended self-collection/delivery date, is not possible and no refund will be entertained. This is because we would already have prepared the necessary flowers and materials for your order. Or the flowers would have already been sent out for delivery.
