Returns & Exchanges
We understand if the quality of the fresh-cut flowers and foliages, as well as food items, may suffer during delivery*. If this happens, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We are contactable during office hours on +65 8022 1402 and 24/7 via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will assess on a case-by-case basis before arranging for a return, exchange or refund.
*Please note that 1) The Bloom Room Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute flowers and foliages that are not in season or in stock without prior consultation (More on our Substitution Policy here). 2) Stylistic preferences are also not suitable grounds for returns.
For non-perishable items, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. The product must not be a sale item, and it must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund. The Bloom Room Pte Ltd reserves the right to evaluate if the product is acceptable for a return, exchange or refund.
For online orders, refunds will processed via our secure payment provider. You will receive a notification email about the refund, and the funds will be reflected in your next bank statement.
Please note that different banks have different processing times for such refunds. If in doubt, please contact your card issuing bank for updates. You are also welcomed to double-check with us during office hours on +65 8022 1402 and 24/7 via email@example.com.
For bank transfers, we will send an email with a screengrab as proof of the refund within 5 working days.
