We have a strict no-refund, no-credit and no-exchange policy for our floral & craft workshops.
That's because of the amount of time and effort we spend on planning these workshops, as well the expenses (such as cost of flowers/materials ordered in advance, as well as extra staff allocation) required to produce them.
Also, we always keep the class size small and the experience intimate, just so that participants get the most out of our workshops. Just one cancellation or no-show will mean that we might end up making a loss. For a small business like ours, it's a big deal.
This means that we simply won't be able to accommodate for refunds, credits (exchange for other products/services) or allow for date switches after you've purchased the workshop.
Please ensure that you are available on the workshop date before purchase.
However, our floral workshops are transferable. So, if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we suggest selling your spot to someone else, or find a lucky friend to take your place. Please drop us an email with your friend's name and mobile number if you do so, just so we know who to expect.
Please also note that price stated is only for 1 participant. Due to space constraints, we will not be able to allow spouses or children to wait in the store while the workshop is ongoing.
Video recording is not permissible while the workshop is ongoing.
