HOME-BASED CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (SERVICE BEE)
As a Client Support Bee, you will be working from home to handle email enquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will be expected to have a strong grasp of our product line, and be able to share them with potential customers. You will also be expected to handle customer complaints and provide service recovery where necessary.
This is not a craft-based position.
As the first point of contact for customers and clients, you should be able to grasp our branding and work philosophies, as well as possess strong communication skills. You should also be able to work efficiently without supervision and be super organised.
No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, prior customer service or retail experience will be a huge plus.
This position is great for stay-at-home mums who needs a home-based gig. No full-time students or those waiting to enter universities please.
