At The Bloom Room, we will do our best to ensure that your order will not only be delivered fresh, but also on time. To achieve this, substitutions in certain orders may be necessary without prior consultation.
Flowers are seasonal. Beyond that, there could be a range of unplanned issues that could crop up thanks to Mother Nature. At times, certain flower types or colours may be unavailable on the specific delivery day.
All these mean that recreating the exact bouquet or arrangement pictured on the website may not always be possible.
When substitution is necessary, we will strive to ensure that the final bouquet or arrangement closely resembles what you see on the website.
For filler flowers, we will go ahead and substitute with flower types of equal/greater value while ensuring that the look and feel of the bouquet/arrangement remains the same.
But if the focal flowers are unavailable, we will try our best to inform you before starting work on your bouquet. We may then suggest a substitution of flowers. Generally, flower types will take preference over colour. For instance, if you ordered a bouquet of “orange roses”, we will suggest roses of another colour instead of introducing another flower type, such as orange tulips.
If the colour palette is more important to you, please let us know so that we may choose to substitute with flower types of the same colour instead.
Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall colour schemes of a bouquet or arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. We thank you for your understanding in this.
Should a certain food or gift item be out of stock, we will replace it with something of equal or higher value. The same applies for supplies and materials like ribbon colours and basket designs.
